INTERLOCKS Salon

I got the BBL laser treatment with Nurse Jenn and it was amazing! Though at times the laser gave a zap of pain, Jenn throughout the entire experience made sure my comfort and tolerability was the most important thing. She was checking in with me throughout the treatment and worked quickly and efficiently! I can’t wait to see my results and will gladly be going back to see Nurse Jenn!!!

Interlocks Salon isn’t all about aesthetics. The staff are really professional and knowledgeable. The products used are all professional and the best in the industry. I came in to get my makeup done and Leslie was very skilled and patient making sure I was happy before leaving her work station. There’s limited parking but interlocks salon is definitely the best and worth a visit !

I recently transitioned to Interlocks and I have had an amazing experience. I called to see if they could look at my extensions a few weeks ago so that I wouldn’t have to drive 2+ hours to my old salon, and they were nothing but accommodating. I had a consultation to see if they could work with my extensions and after looking at my hair, Vicki even squeezed me in for a move up right then and there. I scheduled with Brooke and she’s just as amazing and accommodating. She colored my hair (perfectly), moved my extensions for me, and I left the salon with amazing hair. I thought I pulled an extension (don’t know if this is the right terminology, I haven’t had them long) loose today so I called this afternoon, not at all expecting to get in within the same day I called—and they fit me in immediately. Brooke made my hair just as perfect as I left the salon the last time. Highly suggest both these stylists and this salon, they are incredible and so good at what they do.

I originally went in to Interlocks to get Botox but was pressured in a new product calledPRX being told it is better than Botox and painless and no down time and that it is a serum I would go for 4 weeks and I will see that my lines would be softer I was hoping especially my forehead lines it did not happen I was charged$997 I did everything I was told to do a nightly serum a certain sun screen in 4 weeks I did not see improvement and actually my lip line look worse I was devastated and they told me sorry no refunds I was hoping they would at least offer me the service I originally came in for Botox I have asked many times and they refuse and just keep my $997 with no compensation offered except do the PRX again for half price why would I put myself thru this again when it did not work the first time I feel I was high pressured into a service I had not come in for I am hoping they would live up to their policies telling customers we stand by our services and will do what we can to make it better 997$ is a lot of money to just throw away I trusted them
